Wärend des Aufenthaltes können sie ihren Vorlieben auf  einem ca. 1200 m²  Grundstück nachgehen, welches sich unweit der Kirche befindet.

During the stay at our lovely cottage in the Thuringian Forest, you could enjoy your vacations on a site which has an area of about 1200 m² and which is located not far from the church.

Frauenwald ist in Siedlungsform eines Straßendorfes angelegt. Dadurch haben sie zentrale und schneefreie Wege zu Gaststätten, Cafés, einem  Fleischer, Friseur, sowie einer Drogerie . . . Beim Verlassen der Hauptstraße steht man schon am Ortsrand mit freiem Blick ins Tal. Schnell in die Ski oder Wanderschuhe geschlüpft und nur 2 Minuten später stehen sie schon in der Loipe oder am Wanderweg.

The village lays along a road which is called North Street and changes at the midpoint to South Street. That’s why you have central and snow-free ways to restaurants, cafes,  butcher, hairdresser and a drugstore. When leaving the main road, you are already standing outskirts of town with a free view of the valley. Grab your skis or hiking boots and after a few minutes you will see yourself standing on the cross-country ski run or on the trail.
